Steampunk Spinny Gear Rings by tursiart Steampunk Spinny Gear Rings by tursiart
Update: These have all sold, but they were so popular I made more. You can see the new ones here:

These are one size fits all (Size adjustable.)

$10 each. Get 'em while they last. Note me for details.

I also made Brooches with the same materials:

Hey, these are great - I really enjoy how you add a level of over-saturation to your photos. It gives them a definitely twisted style to the articles depicted. As for these spinner rings, I think they're amazingly wacky! I hope you managed to sell them all. ;)

Thanks. I did manage to sell them all, but they were so overwhelmingly popular that I ordered the supplies to make more. Once I'm finished with my current project deadlines, I was gonna spend a weekend making a bunch of posting them up on etsy. Though I could basically make any ring right now on demand if someone asks. :)

For safety's sake (I may not take a chunk out of anyone, but I teach preschoolers and could certainly see me snagging a sweater) I like the smaller, rounder ones like the one on the middle finger, the one on the TIP of the thumb... oh and I also like the smaller one on the pointer finger. I would be interested in buying probably 2 rings... plus a brooch if you do those again too. Super cute. I was going to pin both on Pinterest, but if you are going to set them up on Etsy, I will wait for THAT link and pin there so you will get more financially beneficial exposure instead! ;)

Hi again,
Thanks so much for your interest. Never heard of pinterest, but that sounds awesome. I actually just posted several etsy listings with more of these rings and brooches (I made a bunch of new ones recently.)

Pinterest is sort of a Social Networking site or a bookmarking site but all visual. It is all based on images. Quite addicting. Anyway I have pinned your Etsy ads for both now on my boards there.

Well that's fantastic! Being a gear-crafter myself, I've no need to buy any... but I certainly want to congratulate you from one trader to another!

These are just gorgeous. And.. Christmas is coming. Would you be doing these again? I've absolutely no money to buy myself treats (like these) until Christmas is done... *makes sad-face*

I do like these, but I'd be a bit worried about 'accidentally' taking a chunk out of someone. -clumsy-

Nah, they just spin away more than stab. :) I've been wearing the one with no gears and four spinners on it (On my ring finger in the pic). I haven't managed to stab anything yet. :)

Nope... I haven't felt the need to purposefully stab anyone yet.
I've got four left. Are you interested in one? :)
